The Thompson Flats- Progress

Now that our other project is complete, this building will really see some rapid progress. Most of the exterior framing is done, and we're now framing up all the interior walls. In the basement, we're running all of the new plumbing and weather permitting, plan on pouring the basement slab this week.

All that's left to put up is the top part of the penthouse.

Here's the view from the third floor. It's totally unobstructed. If you look closely right in the center you can see the top of the washington monument.
